1. Purpose

1.1 This statement tells you, before you decide to become an Affiliate, what is true about income at OHMI. Read it with the Compensation Schedule.

2. The facts as at 5 October 2026

2.1 As at 15 October 2026, OHMI had 60 active Members. Under the affiliate plan, R2,220 of commission had been earned on 7 paid sales, by 4 Members. R1,608 of it was earned by member number 1, OHMI’s founder; the other three earned R405, R108 and R99. None of it had yet been paid out. 56 of the 60 Members had earned nothing. No other cash, rank income or benefit had been paid to any Member.

2.1A The 230 Lifestyle Bux credited as direct commission under the earlier network plan were replaced with cash commission under the affiliate plan on 12 October 2026. Any figure anybody quotes to you about what Members earn that is not in this statement is not based on OHMI’s records.

2.2 We update these figures as they change: the number of Affiliates, the number who earned anything, the amounts earned, and the number who earned nothing.

3. How income arises

3.1 An Affiliate earns a fixed cash amount on every item of coffee bought by their customers, and a share of OHMI’s margin on businesses they introduce, at the rates in the Compensation Schedule. The Member who introduced an Affiliate earns a smaller share on top. Nothing else earns anything. Joining, buying coffee and introducing people earn nothing of themselves.

3.2 There are no ranks, no legs and no pool. What an Affiliate earns depends only on the coffee their own customers buy and pay for.

3.3 The amounts in the Compensation Schedule are what one sale earns. They are not a forecast of what anybody will earn. Most Members earn nothing, as section 2 shows.

3.4 There is no cost to join and no purchase requirement. Any expense you incur — time, travel, samples, marketing — is your own.

4. What this is not

4.1 OHMI is not an investment, not a business opportunity with a projected return, and not a substitute for employment. Nothing we publish is a forecast of what you will earn.

5. Rewards

5.1 Commission is paid in cash, not in Lifestyle Bux. Any Lifestyle Bux OHMI awards are governed by the Rewards Terms.
